Peter Soliman is General Counsel at Viresco Group, serving as a trusted adviser to the board and executive team on legal, governance and strategic matters. He brings extensive experience structuring private investment vehicles, negotiating complex transactions, and establishing the frameworks that champion best practice in governance to meet the evolving demands of institutional investors.

His career encompasses senior legal and commercial roles at mid-market private equity and venture capital firms, which have included chairing the boards of fund managers operating across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Australia.

Peter holds dual legal qualifications as a Solicitor in England & Wales and Australia, directly supporting the Queensland Farmland Fund's cross-border investment structures. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute and holds a Master of Laws from UNSW Sydney.
