Asset Management
Launched in 2025, our Queensland Farmland Fund integrates regional management practices to enhance farmland productivity; sustainability; and long-term value
The Queensland Farmland Fund is dedicated to climate-positive beef production by integrating the sustainable management of natural capital and regenerative agricultural practices to drive productivity and premium market access. The Fund's decisions are guided by production data; local knowledge; and established relationships across advisers; contractors; and market channels. Sustainability and regenerative practice are treated as practical management tools, improving resilience through dry cycles and strengthening long-term asset condition. This reduces downside risk while building durable productivity and, ultimately, capital value.
The Viresco team combines strong investment oversight with practical experience of running large-scale Queensland pastoral operations and the broader beef value chain. This mix ensures acquisitions, business plans, and budgets are grounded in how the country; cattle; and people actually perform. Disciplined governance and risk controls sit alongside technical capability in herd and pasture management; infrastructure delivery; and water development. Collectively, the team links investor expectations to measurable delivery through clear plans; tight performance management; and transparent reporting.
