Over 25 years’ managing farmland; packing plants; and supply chains.

• Extensive experience of evaluation; land acquisition; and business restructuring through centralisation and tech integration.

• Qualified in Agriculture and Farm Management from the Royal Agricultural College.

Over 30 years’ experience working in the Life Science sector across executive; investment; and consultancy roles.

• Previously held senior positions at Roche and Boston Scientific, as well as CEO of Tharos.

• Regional expertise within Latin America, with experience investing in agriculture in the region.

Associate at Milltrust International where he worked on climate and agrifood investments for the British Innovation Fund II.

• Experience leading deals; on portfolio advisory; and successful capital raises.

• Agrifood background and an MA in Anthropology from The University of Edinburgh.
