Isobel Eames
Impact & Reporting Analyst
Isobel is an Impact & Reporting Analyst at Viresco’s Queensland Farmland Fund, supporting sustainable beef production through practical regenerative land management. With a 1st Class Honours Degree in Agriculture with Crop Management, Agronomy and Crop Science, from Harper Adams University, Isobel he has built a global, on-the-ground perspective by studying regenerative farming, food system innovation and rural resilience while working across Australia, New Zealand, Africa and North America.
Previously, Isobel was a Knowledge Exchange Manager at the UK’s Agricultural and Horticultural Development Board, delivering farmer-focused programmes and measuring impact against sector priorities. She led the handover and development of the UK’s first independent cover crops guide, coordinating a national farmer and stakeholder campaign and strengthening public–private collaboration. Field highlights include Lake Hāwea Station (NZ), Ndali Estate (Uganda), a regenerative ranching course in Texas, and the Kinship Programme at Montana’s Old Salt Festival.
